Once the design is agreed upon and the detailed proposal is released, you will be left with an in-depth understanding of exactly what you should expect through our process, from pre-construction to your move into the new space.

Yes, we perorm the design and all stages from planning to permit. Most proejcts do not require an architecht stamp however, when needed OnDeck has consulting architecht partners available.

Do you build year-round?

Yes, We design and build 12 months a year weather permitting. Do you want to enjoy your backyard structure for the summer? Let's start construction in the spring. Do you want your fall parties on the deck or under your pergola? Let's start building in the summer. The sooner your design is finalized, the more scheduling options you'll have.
