With our well-trained eye, we will propose a design and layout that we believe fits all the criteria previously set in motion. Once the design is agreed upon and the detailed proposal is released, you will be left with an in-depth understanding of exactly what you should expect through our process, from pre-construction to your move into the new space.

I'm planning on my outdoor/indoor project but do not know where to start. Can you help me?

It all starts with a phone conversation. We want to get to know you. Your goals, your wish list, your lifestyle, your schedule, your budget, we want to know everything. We determine what is important to you and with a clear expectation, we move forward with a comprehensive approach to building your new outdoor or indoor space.

Do you handle getting all the required building permits?

Yes, our project management team handles all the standard construction documents for you as part of our Pre-Construction Phase.

Does OnDeck perform the design?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we perform the design and all stages from planning to permit. Most projects do not require an architect stamp however when needed OnDeck has consulting architect partners available.

Do you build year-round?

Yes, We design and build 12 months year weather permitting. Do you want to enjoy your backyard structure for the summer? Let's start construction in the spring. Do you want your fall parties on the deck or under your pergola? Let's start building in the summer. The sooner your design is finalized, the more scheduling options you'll have

Do you do more than decks? We have a big project in mind for our entire backyard, pool, hot tub, smart pergola and interior remodel projects.
